Cope Construction successfully delivered the new Nadi Police Station, a three-storey facility built to strengthen policing capacity in Fiji’s Western Division. Construction commenced in 2019, and our team managed the full build process, ensuring quality, safety, and timely progress while adhering to the government’s requirements for operational readiness.
The project encompassed the complete civil and structural works, including reinforced concrete framing, masonry, roofing, and all internal fit-outs for offices, charge rooms, and support facilities. Cope Construction also coordinated the installation of critical infrastructure, such as the 715 kVA standby power generator, secure service areas, and car parking, while maintaining functionality for temporary relocated police operations.
This project highlights Cope Construction’s expertise in complex institutional construction, demonstrating our ability to deliver robust, operationally-ready facilities that meet specialised requirements for safety, resilience, and longevity.
