Our team is delivering a major commercial development for Nawaibuta Properties Pte Ltd, in the heart of Korovou, Tailevu, Nausori, Fiji Islands, showcasing our ability to manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects. Situated in a prime location, this two-level development spans approximately 600m² per level, combining robust structural design with modern commercial functionality. The ground floor accommodates a spacious supermarket, while the first-floor features retail outlets, kiosks, and restaurants, complemented by a massive carpark for visitor convenience.

The project encompasses comprehensive site preparation, demolition, excavation, and reinforced concrete works, forming a durable, future-ready foundation. Structural steel, masonry, and advanced flooring systems have been integrated to ensure both strength and functionality. We coordinate a wide range of specialist trades, including carpentry, roofing and wall cladding, aluminium and timber joinery, glazing, metalworks, hydraulic and gas systems, electrical services, fire protection, and mechanical installations. Sanitary ware, tiling, painting, and ceiling works are also executed to the highest quality standards.
