Our first act of service focused on enhancing the environment at the Valelevu Health Centre. With the cooperation of Dayals Steel and the Hospital Staff Management Team, our team undertook the removal of steel, old hospital beds, and other debris from the site. This hands-on labor initiative helped create a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming environment for patients seeking medical care. It was a small but meaningful step towards ensuring that those who are unwell are treated in surroundings that reflect dignity and respect.

On 6 September 2025, Cope Construction partnered with the CWM Hospital Blood Donor Center to host a mobile blood donation drive at our head office. The initiative saw more than 15 of our staff and community members come forward to donate blood, contributing to the lifesaving supply at CWM Hospital.
