Cope Construction successfully delivered the $27 million College of Business, Hospitality and Tourism Studies complex at Fiji National University’s Nasinu Campus, a flagship project funded by the Fijian Government. Completed and officially opened in 2022, the four-storey building demonstrates our proven ability to execute large-scale institutional developments with precision, innovation, and sustainability at the forefront.
The project encompassed a 450-seat lecture theatre, multiple lecture rooms, and a student cafeteria, all designed and constructed to international standards. Our team integrated advanced features such as energy-efficient lighting, programmed air-conditioning, water and power backup systems, and accessibility provisions, ensuring the facility meets modern expectations of comfort, sustainability, and inclusivity.
This project reflects Cope Construction’s capability to manage complex builds from concept to completion while upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. It stands as a testament to our role as a trusted partner in shaping Fiji’s educational and institutional infrastructure.
