The Division of Capital Projects and Infrastructure (DCPI) is delightful to introduce ‘Capital Projects and Infrastructure Quarterly Newsletter’. DCPI was formed together with the Division of Estates and Facilities (DEF) last year as a result of decentralization of functions from the former Division of Properties and Facilities (DPF). The DCPI team works closely with external consultants, advisers, statutory authorities, and specialist internal departments on all FNU capital infrastructure projects. The Division is working towards providing sustainable infrastructure that supports the university’s core objectives of the Strategic Plan
Currently, DCPI is actively accommodating a total of 23 projects. 11 of these projects are currently in the construction phase, 3 are in the tender phase while 9 projects are currently in design phase.
