Cope Construction successfully delivered the Proximity Apartments, a 24-unit studio apartment complex at Lot 28 Sawani Street, Suva, setting a new standard for executive residential living. The development was thoughtfully designed with 20,000 litres of backup water, dedicated internet services, a fully commissioned backup generator, and gas connections throughout, ensuring a fully serviced and resilient living environment for all residents. An ample brick-laid car park further complements the design, reflecting Cope Construction’s commitment to both functionality and aesthetic excellence.

A signature feature of the project is the Proximity Café on the ground floor, where Cope’s in-house joinery team delivered bespoke counters, cabinetry, and custom furnishings, blending design and functionality seamlessly.
